Climate Change & Grains...

Climate change is a change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns when that change lasts for an extended period of time (i.e., decades to millions of years).
Climate change could affect the wheat crops strongly That account for 21% Of food and 200 million hectares of farmland worldwide.

On the right is a loaf of bread baked today, and the left Is a loaf made from grains in the conditions that will occur In mid-century if green house gases are not reduced. It affects the produce HEAPS. Climate change has affected Australian wheat with the yield, the protein of the grain, and the grain quality.

Many believe that climate change is merely a small change in temperature, however this is only during winters. Summers are expected to have many more days over 35°C if we do nothing to stop climate change, which will lead to many more bushfires and heat waves, destroying forests, bush land, farms and crops. People do not often worry about the risks of climate change, pretending it doesn't matter, however this will cause production in so many foods to slow down, or even cease completely, as drier seasons will mean that many crops can't be grown, and where they can be grown, will have to be imported to many parts around the world, causing basic food prices to rise greatly. Like, come on, imagine if your country couldn't produce a loaf of bread.
