Our Team

Our team is made up of students from years 7 to 10. Each student has their own strength and is focusing on particular aspects of the project. Some are focusing on the artmaking, some on the film and some on the research side of things. As they are from different year groups, many have never actually spoken to each other until now. They discuss and bounce ideas off each other. They are all working together as a team.

My name is Dereck I am currently in year 10 and I heard about the archibull project from my teacher ms Pinto, I am 15 years old and I have been involved in the design of the bull and the mask making.

My name is Paige and I'm 15 years old in year 10. I got involved in this by Miss Pinto asking Alicia and I if we wanted to be the 'photographers.' 

I have now taken on the role of the animation, along with my team of 7 (I think). I actually really like this!

My name is Anita, I'm in year 9. I've been a part of the research & artmaking team for The Archibull 2015. We have all learnt something new and have experienced different ways of approaching art.....

Hi my name is Rhiannon , I'm in year 10 

I have been apart of the research & artmaking team for the Archibull 2015. We have been learning new things and experiencing new forms of art. We are also learning teamwork and some leadership skills.

My name is Alicia and I am in year 10 at the Hills Sports High School. I heard about this competition from Miss Pinto, a determined teacher at our school who did the competition at her old school. So far, we have written on our blog, taken photos of the bull all around our school, cut our sections of our bull, brainstormed what the bull will look like and brainstormed ideas for the video.

Josh- In terms of my involvement in with the Archibull competition I am in charge of the music production for some of the filming.
